ABOUT US
North Shore Foods' roots in food manufacturing go back to the founding of our predecessor company in 2013. We cut our teeth scratch-cooking for our direct-to-consumer meal prep business, and the consumer-first mindset and chef-driven product development we built there still guide how we work with larger, established brands. Today we run two sandwich assembly lines in a 10,000 sq ft facility in Hopkins, Minnesota, producing more than 5 million units a year.
